This LEED platinum home in North Carolina is being built on an extremely challenging site. When it is done, the homeowners can enjoy spectacular views of the mountains through their custom-designed glass windows.
We're also busy in Florida
New build in Mount Dora - An architect from New York has tasked us with constructing a 6,100 sq. ft home on a challenging site in Mount Dora that others said was as “unbuildable”. Our first job was to bring in 150 truckloads of dirt to get the project under way.
City of Umatilla restrooms - Our reasonable price and solid reputation won us the bid to build new restrooms at Cadwell Park in the City of Umatilla.
Expansion of Traditional Congregation of Mount Dora - We are working with the Rabbi and the Board of Directors at the Traditional Congregation of Mount Dora on affordable plans to continue improvement of their new facility. Phase Two will likely include a social hall.
Heavy renovation of Orlando bungalow - At 1,046 sq. ft., efficient use of space is imperative in this Orlando College Park bungalow. We're making some major adjustments and additions to bring this older home into the 21st century.
Renovation of older home in Mount Dora – A couple from Connecticut is ready to retire their winter boots and move to this picturesque town. We are helping them find a suitable older home to renovate.
Renovations to Shanghai Restaurant – The owners of this fine establishment chose us to design and build their new storefront after they saw several of our other appealing facelifts and fit ups. The work is being done through a Community Redevelopment Agency grant from the City of Umatilla.
